Power and Size, Straight Talk
Here’s the heart of it: power density. We set these units up to run on high-voltage systems—often 400V—which lets us pack a 2500W punch into a slim 300mm tube. The Build: Made to Take the Heat
The tube itself is heavy-duty quartz, because it has to handle extreme temperature swings. It can go from off to full-throttle and back again, over and over, without cracking under the pressure. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean, which is a big reason this lamp lasts so long. And the R7s connector? It’s the standard for a reason. It gives you a solid, bi-pin connection that handles high current without any arcing or overheating. It’s a straight, drop-in replacement for any system already using R7s.
What It Feels Like on the Job
On the floor, this design is all about speed and reliability. The shortwave infrared heats the target directly, not the air around it. So you get faster cycle times and waste less energy.
